With over twenty years of experience from California's Bay Area kitchens, he crafts an artful Mediterranean-Italian fusion- all dishes made from scratch with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Savor fresh pastas, pristine seafood (like grilled spanish pulpo, salmon roulade over risotto, or orecchiette with clams), lean meats, whole grains, vibrants vegetarian and vegan options (gluten-free friendly too), and bold, healthy flavors low in saturated fats.
